- Anne is a qualified chemical engineer and has worked within large corporations such as ICI and Babcock Contractors as a process design and development engineer on computer control of chemical plant. After studying for an M.A. in Computer Management Information Systems, a period of self-study in Relational Database Systems with the Open University and sitting the Microsoft Office Certified Specialist exams, she started offering database development in 1998 to provide custom database solutions to small enterprises and cost-effective support for all aspects of Microsoft Access. Anne Fleck & Associates grew out of the success of this enterprise.
