- Dennis Klophaus is a graduate of the New England Conservatory of Music and holds a Master of Music Degree from Boston University. He studied trombone with Norman Bolter, Ron Barron, and Scott Hartman. He is an active free-lance trombonist and has performed with numerous regional orchestras and opera companies. His arranging experience comes from his tenure at Boston University, where he was regularly coached by the members of the Empire Brass. He actively composes and arranges for his church orchestra, choir, and brass ensemble. He is happily married and the proud father of two children, Benjamin and Abigail.
