My husband and I initially conceived Apex Property Management, Inc. over a few beers in Costa Rica. We lived in Costa Rica for two years to take a break from the hustle and bustle of life to spend time with our newborn. After two years of fun in the sun, we decided to get back to the real world. We owned a rental in Costa Rica and found it difficult to find a good, honest, and reliable property management company.
