Since 1997, APEX Design, Inc. experienced successful annual growth until a recent expansion into Latrobe, Pennsylvania. Starting in July of 2008, the company decided to expand operations by adding a second location and by hiring new experienced staff. In hindsight, this was a tragic mistake and has resulted in bankruptcy proceedings for the founding family and the company.
