This brand new design features solid mounting of the stabilizer to the top clamp (NOT the handlebar mounts). The stabilizer bolts directly to the triple clamp. This allows the stabilizer and the rubber mount handlebar clamps to perform independently as intended. The design also relocates the rubber cones higher into the top clamp allowing proper clearance between hardware and the frame mount.
