- The team at Aquariums by Design has over 35 years experience in the aquarium and bird industry. Stace Bleich is the founder and president of Aquariums by Design. Stace worked as store manager of Aquariums Services in Kitchener, Ontario for 17 years. He started Aquariums by Design over 10 years ago, part time and has never looked back. He has extensive freshwater and saltwater experience. Three years ago, Eric Mah joined the team. Eric has worked for Petsmart as head of their small animal section. While there, he gained a lot of knowledge on birds and aviary care. Eric has also worked for many years at Aquarium Services in Kitchener. Stace's wife Jaime joined full time 3 years ago, and takes care of our invoicing and office work. Jaime has recently been doing a lot of research in the breeding of finches and canaries. Thanks to her hard work Aquariums by Design has now started to breed our own birds. Eddy Fry is the newest addition to our team. Eddy worked at Petsmart for 2 years and has an abundance of bird and aquarium experience including breeding Seahorses.
