ArbCamp.org
You're invited!
ArbCamp is a one-day gathering for people to share and learn in an open environment. The very broad organizing theme is social networks and social media. ArbCamp will be a time to see what other people and companies are working on, to meet some new folks, and to listen, demo, scheme, etc. You’re invited! ArbCamp is loosely modeled after barcamp, with the goal of getting techies, marketers, businesspeople, poets, academics, etc. engaged with one another for a few intense hours. Everybody who attends will set the agenda for the day, with food, meeting spaces, and a basic schedule provided.
- Saturday, October 27, 2007 10:00 AM -- 6:00 PM
- at Morris Lawrence Building, Washtenaw Community College, Ann Arbor, MI 48106
Details, registration, sponsorship opportunities
See ArbCamp.org -- for all this and more :)
Keynote
Although barcamps usually don't have a keynote, we're doing things a bit differently. We've invited Joseph Jaffe to participate, both as an attendee, and then -- at the end of ArbCamp -- to lead a keynote conversation. You probably know Joe from his blog JaffeJuice.com, or from his award winning podcast, AcrossTheSound.net. Everybody who attends will help record an episode of the Across the Sound podcast during the keynote.
Who is this dude? Check out JaffeJuice.com.
