- T he Arc of Union has developed a full array of services for individuals over their life span to further our mission including early intervention, day care and educational programs for 180 children, vocational training and employment services for 200 adults, residential and support services for 100 adults, clinical services which include health and behavioral interventions and rehabilitative therapies for all program participants, special needs programming for 72 adults, including elderly adults and individuals with significant medical and physical or behavioral challenges, year round recreation programs, respite services, family supports, information and referral, outreach and advocacy, and community education. - In response to the requests and expressed interests on the part of our Arc of Union families, the agency established Lifetime Support, Inc., a separate non-profit corporation which provides guardianship, trusteeship, and life planning services to families with members with developmental disabilities.
- The Arc of Union maintains four vocational training centers, five special needs day programs, three educational/child care locations, one supported/extended employment center and 23 residences.
