- All new equipment has a 1 year warranty. WAIT ONE MINUTE that warranty is in your home. You will not have to lug a 300 lbs game back to our place for repair. We will come to you (southern California customers only). Non-local customers have a one year warranty also but it works a little differently. If you have a problem with an item you purchased call us up and let us know, we will diagnose the problem on the phone and send any parts you need to solve the problem. when you receive the new replacement parts call us up and we will walk you through replacing the bad parts with the good ones. We will pay for all shipping cost involving warranty items. If you are unwilling or not wanting to replace the parts yourself we will find a technician for you to come to your home and do the work for you. You will be responsible for payment to the technician. We will work with the technician to get him what he needs fast to solve any problems.
