- I was born in South West Africa (Namibia) and attended the German Boarding School in Cape Town. After Schooling I joined the restaurant industry.
- Having bought and sold a few Restaurants I started Ardis Pita and Burger Franchise in the V&A Waterfront in Cape Town. This is where I met and became friends with holiday makers from all over the world as they used to ask about Cape Town and what to do and see.
