- Mr. Simapichaicheth was a founding member of the Valuers Association of Thailand in 1985 and, currently, is Vice President of the ASEAN Valuers Association and Secretary General of the Land Institute Foundation. As one of Thailand's senior valuers, he participates in valuation assignments for consultancy projects to the US Agency for International Development, Asian Development Bank and Planning & Development Collaborative International (Washington).
- He is an economist by profession and holds an MCA from Victoria University in New Zealand and a Certificate of Appraisal from the LRTI-Lincoln Institute of Land Policy.
