The company was established in Manchester in 1993 by the current managing director Aria Taheri . After completing his studies at the University of Bath in 1991 he was awarded an engineering degree with honors in Electronics. Aria then spent some time in the electronics industry before attending the University of Manchester Institute of Science & Technology (UMIST) to complete his studies where he gained his MSC.
