- Throughout its ten year history, Aromatherapy Today has evolved alongside our industry. My aromatherapy teacher, Salvatore Battaglia, published the very first edition of The Aromatherapy Today Journal in 1995. Two years later, Sal teamed up with John Kerr to publish the revised Aromatherapy Today and in 2000 John took over the reigns as principal editor. It is with great privilege and pleasure that I introduce myself to you as the new editor of Aromatherapy Today.
