- Starting out with a grant from the Princes Youth Business Trust, she has now been making cakes since 1985. Over the years she has accomplished much, including gaining two City & Guilds in sugar craft, as well as winning a Bronze and a Gold medal in the prestigious 'Scot Hot' event.
