- I was teaching English in Bankok in early 1991 when, whilst on holiday in Koh Samet, I was fortunate enough to meet Jessica. For those of you who don't know, Jessica is the daughter of Pam Schomberg, the famous potter and gallery owner from Colchester. Her grandfather was a tailor renowned locally for his bespoke suits and her grandmother a milliner before going on to own three shops. Jessica is somewhat of a product of all these backgrounds, having a superb feel for cloth and an intuitive understanding of fashion and design, as well as having a head for business.
