Our founder, David Balkun, has been a real estate home inspector, for both residential and commercial properties since 1970. He has experience in residential and commercial construction, in electrical systems, in plumbing systems, in heating systems, remodeling, fire restoration, and insurance repair. He also served as department head for the City of New Britain's Building Department for 7 years. Dave has completed thousands of home and commercial inspections.
