As we move towards thirty years as a church, here is a brief summary of our past. Ashland began from the Dutch Fork Mission of 35 committed "missioners" from Salem, Union, and Virginia Wingard United Methodist Churches. Since its first meeting in the Seven Oaks School on March 6, 1977, the mission continues to evolve from the first people who worshiped together on that morning.
