- The Association of Small & Medium Enterprises was founded in 1986 by a group of entrepreneurs to support the national pro-enterprise drive initiated during Singapore’s ‘Second Industrial Revolution’. Today, the objectives of our Association has evolved and expanded to include:
- ASME is a pro-active organisation, with many activities and initiatives which serve to enhance the growth and development of not only members of the Association but also the SME community as a whole.
- As the first business association to have to set-up and manage Singapore’s first Enterprise Development Centre (EDC@ASME) and Regional Enterprise Centre (REC@ASME), ASME is by far the association of choice by pro-business government agencies during private-public collaborations on SME-centric initiatives.
