- In 1998 Southbank International School, a successful ISC accredited and ECIS member independent school in London began an ambitious project to explore the uses of online learning.
- Over the next two years we gained intensive first hand experience and spent a great deal of time evaluating our mistakes and successes. By late 1999 we realised that we had gained sufficient experience to create an online school and pioneer new ways of learning and teaching. We had a vision of how to provide innovative educational services with real benefits to A level and IB students.
