The Athens Walking Tours were created ?n 2004 by Despina Savvidou, a professional guide herself for over 30 years, out of a need to offer a different and more intimate approach to the ordinary city sightseeing tours. All the tours are conducted by licensed highly qualified experienced guides and are carefully designed to offer the visitor of Athens a unique and enriching experience of this historical city together with its modern every day life. They are suitable for people of all ages in a relaxed pace, never rushed or hurried. Our 3 hour daily scheduled group tours are limited to no more than 18 participants. We conduct a number of private tours which can be custom made to suit your needs, one day excursions outside Athens, private taxi transfers, minivans or coach for larger groups. We also offer shore excursions for cruisers arriving in Piraeus port.
