RETURN POLICY: It is simple and to the point. All returns must be authorized and be given a "DR#" via email. That "DR#" must clearly be shown on the outside of the return package plus on a packing slip note stating the reason for the return on the inside of the package. If we in error ship something other than what you ordered, we will have UPS pick it up and upon receipt back, credit your account for the item and the freight. If you ordered the wrong item or changed your mind and the item has not been installed and is in the same like new condition, you send the item back and upon receipt and inspection verifying condition of item we will credit your charge card back the total less 20% restocking fee. If item is returned without a "DR #" being issued the restocking fee will be 25%. Please get a "DR #".
