I recently purchased a car audio kit from Audio blowouts(also operating as Thrill Audio) and they sent me a damaged subwoofer an amplifier that didn't work at all. After repeated e-mails they agreed to exchange it for another amp. I sent back the defective amp on my own dime with the RMA they provided. After I saw through postal confirmation I waited days for an e-mail. After repeated attempts to contact them then they took down both of their websites and have ignored my emails they never answer their phone. After a few days they where back up operating as Thrill audio again. What ever you do avoid this buisness at all costs, they will rip you off for sure!
