- In early 2006 local South Surrey resident, Ron Sargaent contacted another local, Ken Johnson who was building Elgin Corners, a much needed neighbourhood commercial corner. Ron had the idea a pizzeria was needed that offered something different from any other pizzeria in the immediate trading area. Together in 2007 Ron and Ken started Augusta Pizzeria. Ron and Ken have invested in two very important components of great pizza. The right people and the right oven.
