After originally following his passion for the law at the Warwick University School of Law in Warwickshire, England, Brendan obtained his law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1980, and was admitted to the Oregon Bar in 1984 and the U.S. District Court District of Oregon in 1984.
