AutoAnything was founded by Selwyn Klein in 1979 as Blue Ribbon Motoring a manufacturer of sheepskin seat covers and custom carpet floor mats. Before long, BRM began to flourish. They opened up a number of storefronts across the nation and mailed out millions of catalogues around the globe. Though successful in this conventional business model, the company’s next move would catapult BRM onto the world stage.
In 1997, the company took a new direction and went online as a retailer of Aftermarket automotive accessories and auto parts. Selwyn's son David Klein joined to expand their company online and his son Trevor Klein came on board to oversee the website development and enhancements. Together, they launched AutoAnything in 1999.
The company now carries a far-reaching line of vehicle accessories.
