AutoNova is a company that takes pleasure in serving the customer and supplying a product that is useful to the public. We strive to provide education to the consumer, efficiency, quality, and outstanding customer service. We will clean cars with exterior paint issues and interior issues. We will remain focused on our product and that is supplying finish maintenance and not moving into areas that are not in the finish maintenance category. We intend to stay focused on our product so we are the best at what we do and that is give the best detail possible. Customers will be involved in the process from beginning to end, we will ask for their feedback on a consistent basis to make sure they are pleased and will become repeat business.
Andrew Brown has owned AutoNova locally for over 3 years here in Chattanooga. As a student at UNC-Charlotte Andrew worked his way through college detailing at a local Mercedes dealership. It was during this time period that he really learned the art of detailing and was educated in what the right practices are. "Treat every car like it is your own" was the working motto at the dealership and we still stick by that philosophy today. As the owner Andrew is hands on with every car detailed and reviews every car to make sure it meets our high standards.
