Permanent Make-up Services: Permanent cosmetic make-up is a revolutionary procedure applying micro insertions of natural pigments to the dermal layer of the skin. This procedure is used for: eyebrows, eyeliner, lip liner, full lipstick, scar camouflage and cleft lip re-pigmentation.
