George Kolarovich (Barossa Co-operative, Kaiser Stuhl) was elected as the first Grand Master. Other founding Barons were Wyndham Hill-Smith (Yalumba), Colin Gramp (Orlando), Bill Seppelt (Seppelts), Sir Condor Laucke, Bruce Hoffmann, Peter Lehmann and Cyril Henschke.
