Promoting the security, welfare, dignity and freedom of Jews in the former Soviet Union. Advancing a civil society for all. Building a living relationship Diaspora to Diaspora. Security: protection from anti-Semitism and other forms of discrimination, advancement of basic conditions for a civil society (advocacy, human rights, tolerance, public awareness). Welfare: access to essentials necessary for a healthy existence (food packages, medical aid, vocational education and networking). Dignity: pride in their Jewish heritage and identity (Jewish community development). Freedom: freedom to emigrate, to rejoin their families, to live Jewishly (Jewish community development, advocacy, public awareness, émigré and local community involvement
