The primary goal of my physical therapy practice is to provide comprehensive personalized care to individuals, especially those who have failed standardized approaches to physical therapy in the past. Central to my treatment philosophy is the idea that each patient be actively involved in their treatment. I strive to teach each patient to manage their distinct problem(s) in the fewest number of visits possible and to avoid dependence on ongoing care.

Consultations are provided at the workplace for individuals or entire companies. Instructional programs can be made available for presentation on topics such as injury prevention, repetitive strain injury or back pain prevention.

Amy Selinger, MS, PT, OCS has been a Physical Therapist for 17 years. She has specialized in the treatment of musculoskeletal pain syndromes for the past 13 years. Amy is a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) who has taught both Graduate, as well as Post-graduate courses. Her primary focus is on back, neck and pelvic pain, hip and shoulder pain and headaches.
