This web site was developed starting on November 2009 by a husband and wife, namely us. We chose the name "balitalucu" (Bahasa Indonesia) with our own reason. In Indonesia, “balita” means “less than five years of age.” In English, “balita” could be same as “toddler.”“lucu” means “amuse/amusing.” The complete meaning: “amusing baby.” I hope that is the right translation.
