In Honor of Gerald Bol (April 1940 - May 1996): past president of the American Bamboo Society and founder and creator of Bamboo Sourcery, whose love of life, art, and bamboo and whose generosity of spirit blessed many people around the world.

Bamboo Sourcery continues to expand and flourish today under the guidance of Gerald's daughter, Jennifer York, an environmentalist who is committed to the stewardship of the beautiful land she grew up on and who, with the help of Jesus Mora, is continuing to develop her knowledge and love for bamboo.
