- About Dr Bartlett
- Dr. Bartlett has practiced Facial Cosmetic and Reconstructive Surgery for women and men of all ages since 1988. A Graduate of Queen's University Medical School in Kingston, Ontario, Canada; Dr. Bartlett received his surgical training at the University of Washington and University of British Columbia.
