My name is Lacia (Laysha) Walsh. I am a southern girl originally from New Orleans. Before Katrina, I had an amazing house on a bayou on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and that is how my nickname came about. Katrina destroyed the house on the bayou and I eventually got engaged to a wonderful man who happens to live in Florida but in my heart I will forever be a N’awlins girl. I love to learn new things and explore different cultures through their food. Currently, I am learning to speak and read Japanese.
