Vision, as of 2005
In five years we see Bayán as a development organization inspired by universal principles, whose work is focused in, but not restricted to, areas where ethnic peoples are concentrated.
Its geographic and programmatic scope has grown organically according to local needs, interests, and capacity. It has also grown in response to national policies and financing opportunities. Bayán has been able to identify and reach various regions of the country.
The Tutorial Learning System is the integrating axis of a series of initiatives, actions, and that promote local development and stimulate reciprocity, cooperation, and mutual aid.
