- BBBS History: Big Brothers Big Sisters is the oldest and largest youth mentoring organization in the United States, matching caring adults with children, ages seven through 18, in one-to-one mentoring relationships. Trained professionals recruit, screen, match and support Big and Little Brothers and Sisters. BBBS strives to provide adult role models for children in need of additional positive influences in their lives.
