Benefits Brokers Exchange is a new name for a company that has been in existence for 53 years. It was founded by the Hale family in 1949 and continues today under the leadership of Charles R. Hale, President and CEO.
Charles Hale sold his first life insurance policy in 1965 in Nacogdoches, Texas. A thirty-nine year veteran of the business, he now specializes in helping other agents find products, solutions and service with our fifty different insurance companies. Mr. Hale is a life and qualifying member of the MDRT and has written several trade articles for insurance related magazines.
Julie Hale serves as the Worksite Marketing Sales Manager. She has been in the insurance business since 1996, and is responsible for marketing the products to the agents and the clients as well as assisting with presentations and enrollments. She graduated with honors from Hollins College in Roanoke, Virginia and currently holds a General Lines license (Life, Accident, Health and HMO).
