Belair was started in 1983 october 15, with the specific intention of guiding an interested beginner in the most scientific and medical method available to bodybuilding. Every student was asked to bring along a notebook so that I, personally can prescribe an exercise routine and monitor his/her workout. Each student was required to fill in the columns marked for a specific exercise, the weight used, the number of repetitions performed and other details as is required of him.
