- Beantown Camp 2008: dance camp for adults (teenagers also welcome) dedicated to Lindy Hop (the original form of Swing Dancing/Jitterbug) and related dances (including Balboa) with classes, social dancing, the Northeast Lindy Hop Championships and many fun activities, all at Endicott College, Beverly, Massachusetts, USA. It is an all-inclusive vacation for dancing with a phenomenal gathering of instructors, live music, DJs and dancers from across the country and beyond! There are various registration options including: The Weekend (Friday-Sunday, June 27-29, 2008) with the option of adding Thursday Evening (June 26) and/or Sunday Night (June 29); The Week (Friday-Thursday, June 27-July 3, 2008); and The Whole Shebang (Thursday-Thursday, June 26-July 3, 2008).
