Catherine Bear is devoted to helping others in choosing a path of natural physical, mental, emotional and spiritual growth. Good health is not only being free from disease but is openness, flexibility and compassion of all things in nature.
Catherine Bear is married, the mother of two sons and lives in Northern California, where she is a Writer and a Reiki Master. Catherine is a Registered Nurse, a Third Degree Black Belt and First Degree Tai Chi Instructor. She is also a Flower Essence Consultant and Herbalist with a background in Meditative Techniques, Aromatherapy, Acupressure and Reflexology. Catherine is the editor of a newsletter for the Flower Sniffers Herbal Support group.
Catherine was born in upstate New York. As a child she lived and worked on a dairy farm where developed a respect for plants and all things in nature. She was a member of the 4-H and Dairylea Youth Organization.
Her connection to Nature resurfaced again after taking ill, and looking for a path to regain her health and retake control of her life. She started with Tai Chi, followed by taking herbs and flower essences; and most important deciding to live her life, making the changes necessary to do so.
