The Remnants originally formed in 1994 as a Beatle Tribute Band. In the spring of 1996, they tied for first place at the New York metro area Beatlefest Battle of the Bands. Since then they have gained a strong following in the New York area and have excelled to prestigious places such as Capitol Hill, Washington DC, The Cavern Club, Liverpool, England, and in New York, performing the Millennium celebration with the Beach Boys.
