I could do the usual blah, blah about wanting to make jewelry all of my life, but I won't. Life has brought many changes, and my little pile of gems remains my constant. I use a mix of semi-precious gemstones, pearls & coral - with the occasionally glass sparkly thrown in. My studio is located midst fern and pine, on the Key Peninsula in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, but my inspiration comes from everywhere. An Ella Fitzgerald riff, a piece of Edo kimono, the nuanced Keith Haring squiggle, a Bhangra mashup.
