- Chris Theisen spent many years working in residential treatment centers with challenging children. Most of these children were diagnosed with severe emotional and/or behavioral problems and required an intense level of guidance and supervision. During the time that he worked there, Chris spent many hours looking for clever ways to bring about positive and appropriate behavior from these difficult children. He would often create unique behavior interventions, therapeutic worksheets, behavior charts, and behavior contracts to help him accomplish this goal.
