ben's ministry preparation began at christ for the nations institute in dallas, tx. he has received a bachelor of arts degree in theology and continued his intensive preparation by earning a master of arts in theological studies.
after serving as senior associate pastor for 7 years under pastor j. don george of the 7,000 member calvary church, irving, tx, ben and kim planted new generation church in the bay area of northern california. they established new generation network through the launching of other new generation churches. as an author as well as the host of a daily radio show, ben is launching his national speaking ministry with a passion to encourage and strengthen other pastors and churches through relevant and practical teaching.
