Though I have put BetterDocuments.com through several iterations on how to serve visitors on my website, the end goal has always been the same ... to help others create better documents.
Back in 2001, it started as a place where you could download quality, unique Microsoft Office documents for free. In addition, I also offered services, articles, and advice on how to make your existing documents better. The next year, I provided subscriptions to access my premium documents primarily used in business settings. After going through a lot of hard work with very little success; I took down the site and replaced it with a non-commerce website offering only my services.
However, my desire to share my enthusiasm for creating better documents has never deminished. So April 2006, I launched the latest iterations of BetterDocuments.com that would still accomplish my original goal and give me a new and exciting avenue to accomplish it ... a weblog. I am committed (now more than ever) to create fresh content. Enjoy!
