My husband and I relocated to the Carson Valley from Michigan in May of 2000, after my husband retired. We had made the decision to do so several years before. We found that the tax benefits and the quality of life here in the Carson Valley is what we wanted. The good news is we have never looked back and our only regret is that we weren’t able to come here sooner. This area offers so much and fits all styles of life, whether you’re a hiker, skier, golfer, or simply want to enjoy the beauty of the area. What ever your desires, you will find it in the Carson Valley.

I spent over 20 years in Michigan as a Mortgage Underwriter, which helped me understand the complete process of purchasing a home. As a real estate agent, it helps me follow a customers’ needs from finding a home through the close of escrow. After arriving in the Carson Valley area I obtained my Real Estate license and started my career working for a local builder. This experience has helped me better understand construction. I have worked with many first time buyers, people looking for second homes and, of course, investors in the area.

My experience in relocation, construction and mortgages helps me understand peoples’ needs and anxieties in purchasing a home. Whether it is their first purchase or their 20th , things change in the industry and I pride myself in keeping up through education so that I am there every step of the way.
