- "I'm excited about the possibilities of this project to expand the way that queer non-fiction is done. Because gender is so performative, I thought that using the Internet could allow for new, more compelling ways to communicate ideas about gender than traditional paperback anthologies. That's why I'm asking contributors to submit photos of themselves and audio recordings of them reading their essays. It'll also be interactive, using blogging software to allow readers to discuss the material. Adobe PDF versions will also be made available for those who want a more traditional 'book' format.
