Like many after watching previous series of BB we had a real appreciation of what it meant to be a Big Brother fan. And as fans we wanted to get involved and take part, supporting our favourite housemate or keeping up to date with the latest news. In 2004 we decide that information needed to be reported on independently. Not only was Big Brother providing the program but providing the news as well. As we saw it the public we only getting half the story or just one view on what was happening.
Before the start of Big Brother 4 in the UK we started work on Big Brother Mobile, a site dedicated and focused on mobile communication to the real fan looking for an alternative view on Big Brother. The website eventually progressed to include a host of mobile content and entertainment services such as the Big Brother theme ringtones, mobile phone coloured wallpapers and our own text voting services. The website provides a central gateway to the highest level of content, some of which has been created by our self’s and some which has bee made available through our content providers. We have also taken the up most care to ensure that relevant royalties are paid were appropriate to parties concerned.
