Big Concerts was formed by Attie van Wyk in 1989. After three years of staging major local concerts, Attie promoted Paul Simon who was the first major international act to tour South Africa after a long period of significant cultural isolation. Attie and his team have earned a world class reputation for over 80 stadia and 800 indoor concert presentations, and have established major contacts overseas within the entertainment industry.
