When I started this on-line business I first imagined what the customer should or would experience. You see in the 30 years I've been selling parts I've always known the customer that phones in or been face-to-face with the customer that walks into our store. Over the Internet, we don't always know the customer, can't see them or can't hear them. We knew we needed to humanize the purchase to make it enjoyable for all of us.
We want our online customers to know that we are a true auto parts store staffed with ASE Certified Parts Specialists that treat you like neighbors no matter where in the world you are. We truly ship parts all over the world but we do it one order at a time.
